Apple Cider Stew ________________________________________ Servings – 4 to 6 Prep Time - 25 Minutes Cook Time – Low 10 to 12 Hours ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 1-2 lbs. beef or venison stew meat • 8 carrots, sliced thin • 6 potatoes, sliced thin • 2 apples, chopped • 2 teaspoons salt • 1/2 teaspoon thyme • 2 tablespoons minced onion • 2 cups apple cider
Instructions: 1. Place carrots, potatoes, and apples in slow cooker. 2. Add meat and sprinkle with salt, thyme, and onion. 3. Pour cider over meat and cover. 4. Cook on low heat 10-12 hours.
