Artichoke & Cheese Dip ________________________________________ Servings – 4 Prep Time - 15 Minutes Cook Time – High 1 Hour ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 1 pound shredded Mozzarella • 1 cup grated Parmesan • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped • Minced onions
Instructions: 1. Mix ingredients together. 2. Bake in a lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on high for about 1 hour. 3. Serve with cubes of crusty bread or assorted crackers. 4. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, if desired.
