Artichoke Dip ________________________________________ Servings – 4 to 6 Prep Time - 10 Minutes Cook Time – High 1 Hour ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts • 2 tablespoon green chilies, diced • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions: 1. Drain the artichokes, reserve the marinade. 2. Chop the artichokes 3. Combine artichokes, chilies, mayonnaise and cheese in the slow cooker. 4. Cover and cook on high 1 hour or until the cheese is melted. 5. Stir to mix ingredients, blend in 1 tablespoon of reserved marinade.
