Asparagus Casserole ________________________________________ Servings – 4 to 6 Prep Time - 15 Minutes Cook Time – Low 4 to 6 Hours ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 2 (10 ounce) cans sliced asparagus, drained • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup • 2 hard cooked eggs, thinly sliced • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed saltines or ritz crackers • 1 teaspoon butter
Instructions: 1. Place drained asparagus in lightly buttered slow cooker. 2. Combine soup and cheese. 3. Top asparagus with sliced eggs, soup mixture, and the cracker crumbs. 4. Dot with butter. 5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
