Autumn Pork Roast – Version 1 ________________________________________ Servings – 6 to 8 Prep Time - 20 Minutes Cook Time – High 4 to 5 Hours Low 8 to 10 Hours ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 3 to 4 lb. pork loin roast • salt & pepper • 1 cup cranberries, finely chopped • 1/4 cup honey • 1 cup dry white wine • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions: 1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. 2. Place in slow cooker. 3. Combine remaining ingredients. 4. Pour over roast. 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4-5.
