Autumn Pork Roast – Version 2 ________________________________________ Servings – 6 to 8 Prep Time - 20 Minutes Cook Time – Low 6 to 8 Hours ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 3-4 pounds pork loin roast or pork chops to the weight • 1 (14 ounce) can of whole cranberries • 1 (18 ounce) jar of apricot preserves • 1-3 onions sliced • salt, pepper and garlic to taste. • 1/2 -1 cup of chicken stock
Instructions: 1. Pour stock on bottom of slow cooker. 2. Add either the pork roast or chops. 3. Mix in a bowl the cranberries and apricot preserves then pour over meat. 4. Add sliced onions to top. 5. Cover and set for 6 to 8 hours on low.
