Acorn Squash ________________________________________ Servings – 6 Prep Time - 20 Minutes Cook Time – High 1 Hours Low 5 to 6 Hours ________________________________________ Ingredients: • 3 acorn squash, cut in half and seeded • 2 teaspoons salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1/2 cup water • 6 tablespoons butter • 2 tablespoons brown sugar • 3 slices bacon, diced
Instructions: 1. Season squash with salt and pepper. 2. Sprinkle with other ingredients. 3. Pour water into cooker. 4. Add squash, alternating so they do not rest directly on top of each other. 5. Cook on high 1 hour. 6. Reduce to low and cook for 5 to 6 additional hours.
